Adrian Miotti

Co-Founder

Adrian is one of the UK’s most in demand tuba and cimbasso players. He enjoys a hugely varied freelance career involving orchestral, opera, ballet, chamber and studio playing,as well as being in demand as a teacher.

His orchestral work finds him working all over the UK and Europe with orchestras such as, The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, The London Symphony Orchestra, The Orchestral of the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, The Philharmonia, The Orchestras of the BBC Symphony and Concert Orchestra, The BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, BBC National Orchestra of Wales, The City of Birmingham Orchestra, Welsh National Opera, The John Wilson Orchestra, Aurora Orchestra, The Tenerife Symphony, RTE NSO, RTE CO, Orchestra De La Suisse Romande and Mahler Chamber Orchestra amongst others.
As well as his work in the orchestra, Adrian is also in demand as a chamber musician, and can be heard playing with London Brass, Britten Sinfonia, the BBC Big Band, and is currently Principal Tuba of The Symphonic Brass of London.
This passion for chamber music led to the creation of Neoteric Ensemble with its co-founder Toby Street.

Adrian’s busy freelance schedule also sees him featuring in the studio, and can be heard on many film soundtracks including, Avengers End Game, Angry Birds 1&2, Life, Alices Adventures in Wonderland, The Hunger Games, Hotel Transylvania 2, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Jurassic World:Fallen Kingdom, Rocketman, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindewald, The Aeronauts, Angel has Fallen, Wonder Woman,Godzilla King of the Monsters, Dumbo and more.

A keen educator, Adrian has given masterclasses at both Trinity Laban College of Music and The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire of Music, and has taught numerous tuba classes and lessons both at Junior Guildhall School of music and Trinity Laban College of Music.
