A structured multi year commissioning programme shaped by new British voices whose work reflects the energy, diversity and imagination of modern Britain. The pipeline builds enduring relationships with composers and creators, ensuring continuity, artistic evolution and a constantly refreshed repertoire that defines Neoteric’s sound world.
Artistic direction 2025 onwards
New British Sounds
A major national touring project presenting new commissions across leading UK music venues. Each programme showcases the breadth of today’s British voices, pairing established creators with emerging innovators. Tour locations include London, Hull, Bradford, Manchester, Leicester, Nottingham, St Georges Bristol and Great Yarmouth. Thias project aims to build long term regional relationships, broaden access to new music and establish Neoteric as a national artistic presence.
Brass Roots
A long term access and participation project supporting young brass players in regions with limited provision. Working with schools, hubs and youth ensembles, Brass Roots delivers side by side rehearsals, creative workshops, mentorship, instrument access support and performance opportunities. The strand nurtures the next generation of British brass talent while strengthening community links.
